Reciprocal Moorage

As a member of ERYC you are eligible for discounts on various purchases at Fisheries Supply locations. All you need to do is show your current membership card at time of purchase. Discounts range from 10% upward depending on the product.

The reciprocal moorage agreements listed below are effective for 2012 with the following yacht clubs:

Anacortes Yacht Club, 504 Seventh, Anacortes, WA 98221

The Anacortes Yacht Club has 2 slips available for reciprocal use in the NE corner of Cap Sante Marina. Slip Q13 will accomodate a boat up to 50 feet in length, P19 will accommodate a 40 foot boat. SAME DAY RESERVATIONS: Call after 0800 hours ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL (360-293-0694) VHF 6A. 30-amp power available at $4.00 per night. Between April 15th and October 15th, 2 consecutive nights within a 30-day period are complimentary. Maximum 6 days per year. Limited reciprocal moorage may be available October through March. Check with Cap Sante Harbormaster before anticipated arrival. All boats must register upon arrival and observe harbor rules and regulations. Please fly your burgee while at the dock.

The clubhouse is located at the northeast end of the Cap Sante Boat Haven near P & Q docks. Although it is not open on a daily basis, we are open Friday nights 5:30 - 8:30 for "cocktail hour". We welcome your visit anytime we are open.

The Bellingham Yacht Club has reciprocal moorage in cooperation with the Port of Bellingham with 250' at Visitors dock in front of the Yacht Club. 1st night moorage free and $3 for power. Restrooms and shower facilities, club restaurant is The Breakwater and is open to the public, 10% off food and beverage to reciprocal clubs.

Birch Bay Village Yacht Club, 8055 Cowichan Road, Blaine, WA 98230

Our protected marina, with its guest dock for reciprocal moorage, is tucked into the northwest corner of Birch Bay. Our reciprocal moorage consists of a 110 foot guest dock, located along the right edge of the fairway as one enters the marina. Rafting is permitted as long as the main fairway is not obstructed. Call first, to 360-371-7744, telling office staff that you are guests of the above officers of the Birch Bay Village Yacht Club. Stay period is a 72 hour maximum, with up to three non-consecutive visits permitted per calendar year. No gate key is required. There is a $5.00 per day charge for power. There are restrooms at the marina, but no showers or laundry. There is a gasoline fuel dock, but no diesel. Propane is available from a local company, with delivery arranged by telephone. There is a holding tank pump-out station. Dogs taken ashore must be on leash.

Bremerton Yacht Club is located on Phinney Bay on the south side of Port Washington Narrows which connects to Puget Sound. Guest moorage is located between the three strings of covered moorage against the east side of the North-South running dock. Electricity, water and garbage are provided. Register with the facilities managaer/caretaker and show your current membership card; gate key deposit of $5 and 30A power availabale at $1/day/cord; no open fires or barbecues on the docks; keep animals on leash; limited to two weeks moorage per calendar year; the first 72 hours are complimentary except power hook up and key deposit; additional days are $5/day exclusive of power and key deposit.

Our club facilities are in the south-western portion of Blue Heron Basin, which is in the western end of Tsehum Harbor. Please follow the dredged channel carefully. We offer two days free moorage twice a year, then further time at $0.50 per foot in length, in total, no more than 7 days annually. Electricity charge is $3.00 each day of your visit. Place appropriate CANADIAN funds (in cash) in one of the envelopes in the visitor's booth and deposit the payment in the payment deposit box. Our reciprocal moorage consists of 100 feet of wharfage at our visitor's dock, as well as extra moorage which is available during the summer months when member slips are vacant. No reciprocal moorage is available for vessels over 50 feet in overall length or 14.5 feet in beam. Temporarily tie up at the visitor's dock. It is painted red and is the first dock you see as you enter the basin. Immediately register at the visitor's booth at the head of the dock. There is a "Club Member sign out log" posted in the visitor's booth. This is where members note the location of their berth and the dates it will be available for guests. You will likely find an appropriate berth. When you choose a berth, please enter your name and date of arrival on the "visitor's" list. Unless it is very late in the day, please move to a vacant berth to clear the visitor's dock. Ask any club member to give you a key from the drawer. Vessels must NOT be left unattended overnight. Refueling of vessels and barbequing on the wharves are strictly prohibited. Barbeque pits are available at the southeast corner of the clubhouse. Club burgees must be flown. It is also requested that your vessel's ensign and, if necessary, a Canadian courtesy flag be flown. No maintenance or repair work to reciprocal vessels is permitted except for emergencies. Please return the CCYC key into a drop box before you leave the reciprocal berth. Please take time to sign our guest book in the clubhouse. We look forward to your visit.

The Corinthian Yacht Club of Edmonds will provide one night of guest moorage (not including power) at the guest dock in the Port of Edmonds with an annual limit of two days per boat. There is usually room for two or three boats; space is allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Visiting boats can register at the Port Office as a reciprocal to CYCE and the Port will bill us directly for the moorage fee. You will be asked for some form of club identification to match our list of reciprocals, and do please fly your burgee.

The Corinthian Yacht Club of Tacoma (CYCT) is located at the Tyee Marina on the northeast side of Commencement Bay, approximately one mile south of Browns Point. Moorage slip is the end tie on the 600's dock. Corinthian Yacht Club signage is located on the slip. For assistance contact Steve Hucke at stevehucke@comcast.net you may also obtain assistance from the Tyee Marina office. Hours are from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday through Saturday. The number is 253-383-5321. Moorage is limited to 48 hours. If you plan to stay longer, please contact Steve Hucke or Tyee Marina for necessary arrangements.

Dagmars Yacht Club is located on the Snohomish River, 2.5 miles upriver from the Port of Everett marina. At Preston Point meander easterly, 4' maximum draft at low tide, to Dagmars Marina. The marina is located on the north shore approximately 1 mile beyond the railroad bridge (bridge 37, VHF channel 13). 150' of side tie along the riverfront with the herons and eagles (subject to space availability), pointed directly at Mount Rainier; 30 amp power, water, ice, covered barbeque pit, childrens play area, restrooms, commercial marine technician service and haul-out to 38'. Check in at the marina office 425-745-2275, fly your burgee at all times. Pets must always be kept on leash and clean-up is a must. No open fires on dock, two night maximum.

Day Island Yacht Club, 2120 91st Ave W, University Place, WA 98466

Day Island Yacht Club lies in a lagoon with several private marinas about 1 mile south of the Tacoma Narrows Bridge on the Tacoma side of the Narrows. Entry to lagoon is only possible at plus 4 feet tide level. Watch depth marker at entrance to basin. See route map sent to your local club and keep green marker on port side. Register with caretakers upon arrival.

Deep Cove Yacht Club, 4420 Gallant Ave., N. Vancouver, BC Canada V7G 1L2

Water in Deep Cove is very deep, and there are no hazards. The approach to the Club docks is quite apparent from the water. 5 knot speed limit is strictly enforced. Vessels over 35 feet cannot be accommodated. Contact Custodian to verify availability. During the summer, 200 feet available on the Seaward Float and usually another 100 feet may be inside while members are away cruising. During the winter, reciprocal moorage very limited as the Seward Float is not available. First 48 hours free, after which there is a charge of 50¢ per foot per day. Key deposit for gate is $10.00. Electrical is $2.00 per day and a maximum of 300 watts is enforced. Heads are not to be discharged into Deep Cove. Upon docking, the DCYC Caretaker will accompany the skipper to his vessel, where the Caretaker will confirm that the vessel's through-hull valves connecting the head to the ocean are closed; and attach a tag with instructions. The lower floor of the Clubhouse has washrooms, showers, and telephones. Under terms of their liquor license, all visitors to the dining room and bar on the main floor must be accompanies by a DCYC member. Many local services within a 3 minute walk. Bus usually runs every half-hour with connections to all parts of greater Vancouver.

Duwamish Yacht Club, 1801 South 93rd St, Seattle, WA 98108

The Duwamish Yacht Club is located on the Duwamish River, approximately 45 minutes cruising time up the river from Elliot Bay, 1/2 mile past the 14th street bridge. One 45' side-tie is available at the end of B-dock, adjacent to the pumpout, as well as vacant member's slips up to 50 feet in length. Water and 30 Amp power are available at the dock for $3.00 per night. We also have a small clubhouse with restrooms, showers, activity area and laundry facilityes. Stay is limited to three nights in a thirty day period.

At the head of the reciprocal dock is a registration kiosk with a dock/main gate/clubhouse key (also used for pumpout) and envelopes for the electrical, if used. There should also be a signup sheet indicating available vacant slips. First time visitors should approach our facility on an incoming tide (check tide table for "Duwamish Waterway"); this will cancel the river current. Be aware the current can be significant after a heavy rain on an outgoing tide. Also, although outside the normal cruising season, it should be noted that Indian fishing nets pose a significant hazard to navigation in the river from September thru December.

There is a "normally raised" bascule train bridge in the first half mile; listen to channel 14 for broadcast of impending closure time and duration. Further up river are two more bridges with CENTER clearance of 32 and 34 feet.

Eagle Harbor Yacht Club, PO Box 10905, Bainbridge Island, WA 98110

One night per guest boat with a limit of two nights per year per boat. Eagle Harbor indents the eastern shore of Bainbridge Island, due west of the city of Seattle. The fairway is deep but caution is necessary when entering. The natural channel is only 200 yards wide between the reef south of Wing Point and the spit on the west side of the entrance. It is adequately marked with buoys and markers and is well used by the Seattle-Bainbridge ferry which runs approximately every 50 minutes. Our reciprocal moorage is offered at Winslow Wharf Marina, located on the north side of Eagle Harbor just past the city dock and Queen City Yacht Club outstation. Winslow Wharf Marina can be reached at (206) 842-4204 or hailed on VHF channel 9. The marina offers shore power (20 & 30 Amp), restrooms, showers, laundry service, and a portable pump-out wagon. The Chandlery right next door to the marina office sells ice, beer, wine, limited groceries, and marine supplies. Upon arrival, check in at the harbor office at the top of the ramp. Dockmaster Dave LaFave will assign you a slip of one is available. A gate card is available for after hours access to the piers. A $20.00 deposit is required.

Reciprocal moorage is located in the marina at the base of 'H" dock on the north side. We can accommodate four yachts in three slips and one rafting osition. Boats must be tied stern to dock - no exceptions. There is a 48' boat length restriction & 48 hour limit. Please register at dock & post registration card on aft of boat. DIALY RATE: $5.00 per day for power (subject to change). This is a private moorage only available to members of reciprocal yacht clubs. Visiting yacht clubs must have resiprocal privileges and you MUST fly your burgee! See Port of Edmonds for additional accommodations.

Fidalgo Yacht Club, P.O. Box 1838 - Clubhouse: 6046 Sands Way, Anacortes, WA 98221

Our reciprocal moorage is located in the Cap Sante Marina in Anacortes. Slip Q13 will be available for reciprocal from May 15 to September 15 and will accomodate a 50' vessel. Slip Q15 will be available from June 15 to September 15 and will also accomodate a 50' vessel. Since we allow and encourage reservations the same day as your arrival, please contact the Harbormaster for Cap Sante Marina at 360-293-0694 or VHF 66A US mode to reserve a berth. Upon arrival contact the Harbormaster again for final slip assignment. We offer 2 consecutive nights complilmentary moorage in a 30-day period with a 6-night maximum per year. Check out time is 12 noon. There will be a $4 charge for 30 amp electricity. Please notify the Harbormaster of your departure. Please fly your club burgee at all times while in Reciprocal slips. Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities are available at the head of the dock and adjacent to the Harbormaster's office.

Fircrest Yacht Club, P.O. Box 1972, Tacoma, WA 98401

Fircrest Yacht Club reciprocal moorage is available at Breakwater Marina, 5603 N Waterfront Drive, Tacoma, WA 98407. The marina is located in the Yacht Club basin at Point Defiance. Advance reservations are recommended (253-752-6663). This number is used for reservations for reciprocal moorage only. All fees have been waived, including power, upon space available. No one boat moored more than two nights per stay, maximum of four visits per month. Please check in at the fuel dock for slip assignment. Within walking distance, you will find Anthony's Home Port restaurant, Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium and antique shops.

Flounder Bay Yacht Club, 2400 Skyline Way, Anacortes, WA 98221

Flounder Bay Yacht Club is located in Skyline Marina. You’ll find a diagram of our facility in the Waggoner Cruising Guide and ‘The Burgee Book’ by David Kutz. You may check in at the courtesy dock, and then find a vacant guest moorage slip listed on the board in the laundry room. Visiting vessels must display their club burgee at all times while using FBYC facilities. Visitors should be able to present a current yacht club membership card if requested. Dock rules are posted at the head of the ramp and on the bulletin board near the exit gate.

Visitors must fill out the Guest Register upon arrival. Visits are limited to a total of five (5) days per calendar year. The first day is free ($3 US charge for power). The remaining days are $10 US/day inclusive of power. Each slip has dockside water and 30-amp power. An ‘Honor Box’ for moorage fees is located in the laundry room. You’ll find restrooms, showers, and laundry at the head of the dock. The FBYC clubhouse is available for your use with full galley, restroom, dining area, WiFi, TV, and gas BBQs. Prior arrangements for the use of the Clubhouse need to be made with the Dockmaster.

Hat Island Yacht and Golf Club, 3616 Colby Ave #316, Everett, WA 98201

Boat size is limited to 40 feet of reciprocal moorage on a first-come fisrt-serve basis. Boats larger than 40 feet may be accommodated through the Marina office at a rate of $0.60 per foot. Moorage arrangements can be made by calling the Harbor Master upon entry to the harbor at 360-444-6611, or VHF Channel 16. 30 amp power, $2.00 per day at honor box (located on the Harbor Master Building). The Harbormaster is employed April through September; October through March, contact the marina office. There is no fresh water on the docks and we do not have garbage facilities. If you have a member escort, you have access to: clubhouse which has: ice, kitchen facility, rest rooms and coin operated showers; a nine hole golf course, 1 mile walk - $10.00 green fee; a tennis court - 1/4 mile walk. Good fishing and crabbing. Directions of the Harbor Master are final. Please fly club Burgee/Officers Flags. PLEASE NOTE: This is Hat Island (Gedney Island) near Everett, not to be mistaken for Hat Island near Anacortes. Hat Island is privately owned so the rest of the island is limited to the owners.

Hidden Harbor Yacht Club, 319 Nickerson Street #194, Seattle, WA 98109

The reciprocal dock for Hidden Harbor Yacht Club is located on the SW side of Lake Union and North of the Rock Salt Steak House. The dock is 75' long and can raft 3 to 4 boats deep. There is a 24-hour limit and check out time is at noon. Please fly your burgee and check in at the reception desk in the restaurant upon arrival and tell them that you have reciprocal privileges with the Hidden Harbor Yacht Club. They will require your name and the name of your boat.

Kingston Cove Yacht Club has two 50ft slips available on a first come-first serve basis located at the foot of the guest dock in the Port of Kingston Marina close by the fuel dock. There is a nominal $4.00 per day utility charge for all boats, all nights, which includes power if desired. We offer the first night's moorage free. Subsequent nights' moorage is charged at $.30 per foot, for up to three consecutive nights total stay. After docking, please register at the Port Office and show your current reciprocal yacht club membership card. You will receive the combination key to the restrooms and laundry facilities from Port personnel when you register. Please fly your burgee while docked in our reciprocal moorage.

We invite you to the marina to enjoy Kingston and our club facilities. The clubhouse is adjacent to the marina and is open on Friday evenings from 6 to 9 for Happy Hour. The clubhouse is a rental facility and has many openings available for rental for your Yacht Club cruises and events. The clubhouse has proven to be a popular destination over the years with many clubs for their functions. Information can be obtained from our rental manager, Bev Pierce ad (360) 638 1067.

Navy Yacht Club, PO Box 12217, Everett, WA 98206-2217

The Navy Yacht Club offers reciprocal privileges at the Port of Everett guest docks. All visitors must check in with the Port of Everett (POE) Dock Master upon arrival. Moorage will be assigned at the POE guest moorage on a first come, first served basis, with two slips available for NYCE reciprocals. Visitors are encouraged to chedk in with the Dock Master via VHF channel 16 or by phone (425-259-6001) prior to arrival. Visitors must show a current membership card when registering and request reciprocal moorage with Navy Yachat Club Everett. A reciprocal visitor shall be allowed 48 consecutive hours of free moorage, and pay a nominal cost for electricity if used. Reciprocal visits are limited to one visit per month per vessel. All visiting vessels must fly their club burgee while moored at the POE guest docks. Gasoline and diesel available at the fuel dock, waste pumpout at the fuel dock, washroom, showers, laundry, and porta potti dump stations nearby, numerous restaurants within walking distance, marine supplies and maintenance facilities readily available.

Oak Harbor Yacht Club, 1301 SE Catalina Drive, Oak Harbor, WA 98277

The Oak Harbor Yacht Club reciprocal moorage consists of two 40-foot slips (slip 50 and 51) on 'F' Dock) at the Oak Harbor Marina. These slips are designated for reciprocal usage. From May 1 thru September 15, upon arrival please check in with the Marina and pay only for your electrical service. From September 16 to May 1 the same slips will be offered to the first two arrivals of the day. During this time period we ask that you check into the marina office, pay for your slip plus electricity, then send us (or bring to the club house) your marina receipt and we will reimburse you. In either case, the reciprocal stay will be limited to two nights per month per boat and excludes electricity.
CAUTION:
The approach to Oak Harbor is well marked but stay in the channel. Northwest of the #2 red buoy are several expensive rocks. These are covered or awash at high tide. When approaching after dark use caution. Some of the markers are not illuminated and the background city lights may tend to confuse the first time visitor.

Olympia Yacht Club, 201 N Simmons St, Olympia, WA 98501

Electrical $2.00 a day. Maximum 5 days in any 30 day period. $.30/foot after free 48 hours. Maximum vessel length - 60 feet. Depth at 0 tide, 5'6". Caretaker on duty daily except Tuesdays. Register at office. Key deposit is $10.00. Walking distance to Capital and all downtown stores. During Spring/Summer Farmers Market open Thursday thru Sunday. Reciprocal valid until rescinded.

Orcas Island Yacht Club, PO Box 686, Eastsound, WA 98245

250' located on E side of West Sound near West Sound Marina at 48° 38'N, 122° 57.5'W. Dock is N of West Sound Marina. Clubhouse sign can be read at a distance. CAUTION: Stay clear of Picnic Island, which is surrounded by shoals and reefs. Maximum two consecutive nights, rafting encouraged. Log in on dock. No trash pickup, thus what you carry in, you carry out. First come basis, no reservation, unattended moorage, and there is a picnic ground across road. Clubhouse is open only for scheduled events. Additional day moorage available at County dock directly west: Overnight moorage not permitted on County dock.

Oro Bay Yacht Club, 13312 Agate Beach Road, Anderson Island, WA 98303

Oro Bay, SE quadrant of Anderson Island. Entrance is between private Red and Green Buoys, Marina is located off the port beam, beyond TYC & Bremerton YC outstations. Reciprocal dock is along the northern arm coming off of the gangway. Upon arrival dial "memory 1" on the phone located in the gray boxes on the north or south arms of the marina. Dockmaster has gate combination. Free moorage's limited to 48 consecutive hours in any 30 day period. Electricity available for $2 per night, Water supply limited. Fly club burgee.

Pleasant Harbor Yacht Club, PO Box 30, 308913 Hwy 101, Brinnon, WA 98320

Pleasant Harbor Marina is located on the beautiful Hood Canal just 2.7 miles south of Brinnon, WA on Hwy 101. Reciprocal guests to PHYC receive moorage free of charge forf 48 hours. Availabi8lity of reciprocal moorage is on a "firstcome first served" basis. Guests must fly their club's burgee at all times and comply with Pleasant Harbor Marina Moorage and Dock rules. Reciprocal moorage is located on the south side of "J" Dock (end tie/outside). Total length of the moorage is 110 feet. Fiven the reciprocal moorage is occupied by paying guests, reciprocal guests may be assigned to vacant PHYC members slips until the 110' fee limit is reached. Moorage facilities include: power (110v AC, 30 & 50 amp DC), fresh water, restrooms with showers, swimming pool, jacuzzi spa, marina store, and the "Pleasant Harbor Deli" serving Pizza, sandwiches and beverages. Laundry, pumpout, garbage and recycle (cardboard) are on site. Diesel and gasoline are available at the fuel dock at the end of "D" dock, which also has a small chandlery. The town of Brinnon hosts a liquor store, restaurant, grocesy, gas station and other small shops. Reciprocal guests must present their current club membership card or a letter of introduction from your yacht club. Check in at the marina store on VHF channel 16/9. Boaters arriving after hours may check in the following morning.

The Port Angeles Yacht Club does not lease or own slips in the Port Angeles Boat Haven. Moorage is controlled and assigned by the Port Angeles Boat Haven Harbor Master. To make prior arrangements or when arriving at the Boat Haven contact the Harbor Master, (360) 457-4505, for information about space availability and/or a slip assignment. All payments for moorage will be made to the Harbor Master.

PAYC reciprocal process is based on reimbursement. We will reimburse up to $25 per night with a limit of one night moorage. To be reimbursed please submit, by mail, a copy of your bill from the Port of Port Angeles Boat Haven along with a copy of your current yacht club membership card. Our mailing address is: PAYC, P.O. Box 692, Port Angeles, WA 98362. We limit the agreement to one boat for one night during the current calendar year.

Port Hadlock Yacht Club, PO Box 248, Port Hadlock WA 98368

We are a very small yacht club with not a lot to offer, but we are in a beautiful, protected bay with a nice sandy public beach and county dock, and make a great overnight stop on your way north or south. Located north of Port Ludlow and south of Port Townsend, WA at the north end of the Port Townsend Canal and the bridge to Marrowstone Island, the Port Hadlock Yacht Club has one new reciprocal Helix anchor mooring buoy available year-round for transiting members of reciprocating clubs. The buoy is well marked and easy to locate. If the reciprocal buoy is occupied when a visiting yacht club member comes in, there is plenty of good holding ground for anchoring, and the marina usually has space. While we have no shore-side facility of our own, our mooring field is located adjacent to the Port Hadlock Bay Marina and the Inn at Port Hadlock in lower Hadlock Bay. Both these private business have expressed interest in welcoming reciprocating members to their facilities. The modern marina is first-rate, and the hotel, restaurant and art gallery are definitely worth visiting. The marina may be reached at 360-385-6368 and the Inn at 360-385-7030. Also within walking distance of the Port Hadlock Yacht Club's reciprocal mooring buoy are the fine dining Ajax Cafe, Northwest School of Wooden Boatbuilding, QFC grocery store, Bank of America branch with ATM, gas station, laundromat and a hardware store with marine section.

The Port Ludlow Yacht Club leases 80 feet of dock space on the inside of the first float at the East End of the Port Ludlow Marina for reciprocal yacht club guests. These facilities will be available from January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2006. Please contact the Marina office, (360) 437-0513 or VHF Ch. 16/68, and you will be assigned a reciprocal slip if space is available. Visiting skippers in good standing in a yacht club, in which we have reciprocal moorage arrangements, are allowed, if space permits, 48 hours free moorage in a 30-day period with a cumulative annual limit of five days. Skippers must present their membership card and sign in at the Marina office upon arrival. After a period of 48 hours, if the skipper wishes to stay longer, he may arrange with the Marina office for a marina slip and purchase electrical service or anchor out in our well-protected Port Ludlow Bay. There is dinghy-landing space at the dock by the Marina office. Visiting boats utilizing our guest moorage shall not exceed a total of 60 feet in length and must fly their club burgee. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. No space can be reserved. Vessels should be closely spaced on the dock to maximize the use of our limited moorage. Free showers, toilet facilities, laundry facilities, video rental and a well-stocked store are available at the Marina office building. There are two restaurants nearby. Open fires and use of barbecues in the Marina require special permission of the Marina staff. Dogs are required to be on a leash at all times when on the floats or ashore, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. The pump-out station located at the Marina fuel dock may be used at no charge.

Shelter Bay Marina is located South of the Rainbow Bridge on the west Side of the Swinomish Channel in La Conner. Enter the Shelter Bay waterway at no-wake speed and continue straight until you see five large docks. "A" dock is to the right and "E" dock is to the far left. Slip assignment will be in a vacant Shelter Bay Yacht Club member slip. You need to call 360-466-2680 to hear a list of available slips. Slip assignments and availability is on a first-come basis. We cannot take reservations. Normally boats to around 45 feet overall length can be accommodated. Reciprocal moorage is offered for a period of two (2) days within a ten-day period. There is a three (3) dollar per day utility fee. Utility fee is to be placed in a completed utility payment envelope and then deposited in the drop box at the Marina Restroom Building at the head of "C" dock. The completed informational stub from envelope is to be placed in a dockside window of your vessel. Please try to use the shortest slip that your boat fits into. Access to the Marina Restroom at the head of dock "C" is via a code included on the available slip phone announcer line noted above. Please follow marina rules posted at the marina restrooms. Please respect the fact that you are a guest of both the Shelter Bay Yacht Club and the Shelter Bay residents.

SIYC reciprocal moorage is in the Port Orchard Marina, immediately adjacent to downtown Port Orchard. Our newly revised reciprocal terms are as follows: The Port Orchard moorage fees vary with location in the marina. The finger piers are most expensive, with breakwater moorage least expensive. SIYC will pay up to $15.00 per day for guest moorage, which may be applied to the moorage fee, at any available location. SIYC reciprocal moorage does not include electricity, surcharges for reservations, pump-out fees, fuel, or other services provided by the Port Orchard marina. Reciprocal moorage is for 24 consecutive hours, once in a 60-day period. Normal transient fees are charged by the marina after 24 hours. Up to 3 boats from the same yacht club will be granted reciprocal moorage in any 24 consecutive hours. Not more than 6 boats will be granted club moorage in any 24 consecutive hours. Not more than 10 boats will be granted club moorage in any month. To qualify for reciprocal moorage when registering with the harbormaster, the visiting boater needs to display a current membership card in a yacht club which has reciprocity with SICY. Also, it is requested that the visiting boat fly the burgee for that yacht club while utilizing the reciprocal moorage. Visiting boat owners and guests are requested to abide by the Port Orchard marina rules and regulations.

SYC reciprocal moorage is available at Squalicum Harbor Marina in Bellingham. Enter at the EAST ENTRANCE of Squalicum Harbor. The reciprocal slips are located at Gate 6 which is the first group of slips on your left as you enter. Slips M-11, M-19 (the 4th pier), L-17 (the 5th pier), and J-9 and J-11 (the 7th pier) are the five slips currently open for reciprocal moorage. Slips are available on a first come first served basis. If a slip is availabale, a vacancy sign will be posted at the end of the finger pier. If there is no sign, the slip is not available to you, even though the slip is empty.

Pull into the open slip, secure your boat and remove the vacancy sign (you will replace it when you leave). A plastic information box is mounted on the dock box and contains moorage instructions, a sign-in sheet and a Squalicum Harbor Map. Please fill in the sing/in sheet information. All gates are locked at dusk and may also be locked during the day. The code for both the gate and the restroom are available at the Port Office. Please do not share this code.

You may stay two nights without charge. If you wish to stay longer, please contact the Port Office for information about visitor moorage. Their office is about a 10-minute walk from Gate 6. Someone MUST remain onboard your boat overnight. Should it be necessary to leave the vessel, you must leave a note in a visible place advising how and where you can be reached in the event of an emergency. Club burgees must be flown and if necessary, a US courtesy flag.

These reciprocal slips are made available to you by SYC members with the cooperation of the Port of Bellingham. Please respect the rules for the usage of these slips. You are responsible for your actions and must take responsibility for damage to the Port's facilities, other boats and/or people caused by your actions. By using these facilities, y ou agree to hold harmless the Port of Bellingham, Squalicum Yachta Club and individual SYC members for damages caused by you or your guests.

Please abide by the slip owner's instructions and vacate the slip before the owner's return. A $2 donation to reimburse the slip owner for your use of electricity would be appreciated., Place it in the envelope provided. Please replace the vacancy sign when you leave.

Members mail the completed moorage resgistration form, receipt of payment and copy of your Club membership card to the Three Tree Point Yacht Club, Attention: Treasurer, PO Box 98700, Des moines, WA 98198. Reimbursement is based on first received per day per boat. Members should fly your club burgee. The reciprocal privilege is for moorage only; any other fees, utility charges, etc., are your yacht club member's responsibility.

Our reciprocal moorage is located at Chinook Landing Marina, which is located just inside the entrance of the Hylebos Waterway, about two miles SE or Brown's point. The large guest dock has no power, but the slips have full services and non-leased and vacant slips are available for overnighters. We suggest your members call ahead. The telephone number for Chinook Landing is (253) 627-7676, and the VHF radio contact is on Ch. 79. 30 amp shore power, services, and water are available. Hot showers, marine repairs, a basic store, and a restaurant are all close by. The marina also has a pump out station.

We will provide up to two days free moorage for your club visitors. Please present your current membership cards, fly your club burgee, and pay the Chinook Landing Marina. Please forward your receipt with a copy of your current yacht club membership card to Viking Yacht Club, PO Box 4461, Federal Way, WA 98063-4461 and moorage reimbursement will be mailed to you.

Our reciprocal moorage consists of two (2) slips per night, rafting is permitted. Maximum per yacht club is four (4) boats per month. 30-amp power is available for a nominal fee of $3.00 per day. Due to the popularity of this destination, a monthly cap has been set. Tie up on the guest dock and check in with the Harbormaster. We ask that you fly your club's burgee and enjoy your stay.
